Capital Construction Invests in Future

Kobelco Dealer, Capital Construction Equipment recently made a strategic move with a major investment in their future and in Kobelco with the purchase of their own facility.

Capital Construction Equipment provide new and used equipment, assorted attachments, spare parts and servicing from their base in Albury/Wodonga to a wide range of customers located in north east Victoria and the Riverina of NSW.

Recently, their premise has undergone extensive renovations to provide a brand new facility with a yard approximately 4,400 square meters with dedicated machinery displays, customer parking, loading facilities, a machinery demonstration area and a test area.

Owners, Shane Cole and Paul Shephard explain that, “The premise is divided into, 150 square metres of showroom space and sales offices, 200 square metres spare parts warehouse capacity and 600 square metres of service facility space. The warehouse is also split into staff amenities, and a mezzanine area with a dedicated training and meeting room.” 

This is an essential part of growing their business and shows their commitment to customer service, coupled with the strong performance of the Kobelco range.
