Kobelco Australia organises two customer trips every year where a group of select customers and their Kobelco Dealers spend some time in Japan to see the quality, detail and care taken into manufacturing Kobelco excavators at various Kobelco Japan factories. Customers also get to enjoy the latest tourist hot spots and get to try authentic Japanese cuisines. These are just some of the things that Kobelco does to thank customers for their support. All customers that have been on the Kobelco customer trips are all impressed with the level of detail and care taken to manufacture and inspect Kobelco excavators.
